Hey workaholic, you should go see the doctor. Citing personal
experience, you never know how serious it is until you see the
doctor. I thought my monthly pains were normal until one day it was
super unbearable and I ended up in the ER. Fifteen hours and three
tests later, I found out that I had a cyst in my right ovary and
the ER doctors referred me to an oncologist. 
To cut a long story short, I thought I had cancer
until after the surgery.
